This model has been developed over the years and has been a real workhorse. Fingerboard rises above head 3/16" and the the action is set to 3/16" above the twelth fret. Fifth string is in standard position between the 4th and 5th frets. Banjos ship with bracket wrench, manual, title, 5 year warranty, and leather strap and are included in price. Cases, shipping and handling, and additional customizations are added to the base price. All the banjos come in various grades of Deluxe, Oldtime Special or Parlor which can be viewed in detail above in the FEATURES page link. All banjos will sound and play the same regardless of grade level. The grades add additional levels of detail and ornamentation and that is all. - Peghead will be cut with our Deluxe smooth cut peghead
- Waverly tuners with capstan style fifth string tuner, ivory knobs
- Extra wide neck (36mm at nut), 1 degree heel angle, ¼” fingerboard rise above banjo head for good thumb clearance
- Carbon filament truss rods in neck and two piece neck construction
- Necks are split and have ¼” center veneer for stability
- Choose your fingerboard and facewood choices of african ebony, cocobolo, bloodwood, or indian rosewood and include

Knaves Run / Dwight Diller
Knaves Run is dedicated to exactly as Dwight Diller plays and recommends to his students. All Dwights banjos have the "Travel Bolt On Neck" and the fifth string peg is located one fret higher between the fifth and sixth frets. The action is set to 1/4" above the fingerboard at the twelth fret. Included Tillium or Panther inlay in peghead, "IX" at ninth fret, antique authentic coal script coin by rim, sidedots at 3,5,7,9,12,15,19 and rail spike for fith string for "A" tunes. Knaves Run runs by Dwight Dillers homestead and empties into Browns Creek which eventually ends up in the Greenbrier River in WVa.
