03. Beginning Tunes

A bakers dozen of traditional oldtime tunes arranged for the beginning tunes that are some of my favorites and I still play them all the time.    There are 100's of them.   These are a few that I believe will help you build confidence and skill while those who endure listening on will recognize the tunes.   Some people know 1000 tunes but can't really play them really well with there refined subtleties.   Take your time and practice your tunes until they flow out of you like honey from a bee hive.   Stay busy, practice the tunes, master the oldtime rhythm, and build your techniques.    It literally takes 100's of times through a tune to really really master it.   These old tunes are deceptive and often are overlooked because some think they are "too easy"!    I little banjo is quite time consuming.   Caveat emptor!
