PEOPLES MODEL

MODEL DESCRIPTION

The PEOPLES Banjo is an homage to the home-made instruments from early Appalachia. Often repurposing Oak & Hickory furniture to make these chunky necked pieces. They are a PROFESSIONAL but more AFFORDABLE option provided by the Cloverlick Banjo Shop Family. Travel with them, gig with them, play them around the fire, take them on the road, and allow this banjo to share in your story of song.

Our founder Jeff Kramer put years of work and research into the Cloverlick banjo design, so we are proud to continue his legacy with the FoxVille model. This is a workhorse banjo with a sweet scalloped EKlyte or EKtube tone ring that has a loud but smooth punch. The peghead & fret inlay design was done by Matt Manning and represents the passing of knowledge and history from Kramer to Austin. Typically made with a 12” Maple block pot and neck and Rosewood or Black Walnut fingerboard and endcaps.
